Ampifii started in the fall of 2014 while working on native ad campaigns for Canada’s largest publisher Postmedia. Our objective was to solve their need for increased reach and readership of branded content. We found paid sponsored posts on social networks produce excellent results, but they’re difficult to manage. It’s challenging to create proposals, plan campaigns, and measure their success, particularly when you include more than one social network. The challenge is compounded when you have many proposals and campaigns running at the same time.
We created Ampifii to solve that challenge. Our objective is to save publishers more than 80% in costs to manage social amplification campaigns while also driving a minimum engagement level of 1%.
We proved so successful in driving results for Postmedia that they ramped up their amplification business exponentially. Postmedia saw such outstanding results they purchased Ampifii in early 2016 with the intent of using it with their customers in Canada and licensing it to publishers around the world.
